Returns

Your item(s) must be in original unused condition, free of pet hair, smoke smells, stains, etc., in order to be returned. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of your delivery/pickup date.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please email withloveandprayers1015@gmail.com to inform us of reason for return and refund information.

Return Exceptions

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned.
This includes, but not limited to, sale items and/or items that have been worn, used, or altered

Refunds

Refund approval will be based upon the condition of the item(s) after being received. Returned items will be inspected. Following this inspection, we will contact you via email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded per your original payment method. Please remember this can take approximately 7-10 business for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer item exchange. The best way to ensure you get the item you would like is to return purchased item upon approval and make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Damages and/or Issues

The quality of our products/service is of utmost importance to us.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
